If God exists, it is clear that pigeons are his messengers on Earth. They’re everywhere, watching our every movement in the street, in our cars, through the windows of our bedrooms.
They report all our good and bad deeds to God, who is obliged to correct our trajectory, brutally punishing us. This can cause us to make a lot of mistakes at a concert, for example, or can give us hangovers. For good deeds, however, he rewards us putting in our path wonderfully cute animals or make us gain a lot of minutes on the Navigation System.
It is by being fully aware of these issues that we - the three musicians Ultra Zook, Benjamin Bardiaux, Remi Faraut, and Emmanuel Siachoua – are working tirelessly to produce the most beautiful songs and play them live with exponential professionalism.
This is Ultra Zook 4th album.

Ultra Zook est un trio de rock peu commun, d’abord il n’y a pas de guitare mais un clavier, ensuite ils ne tapent pas comme des sourds, et enfin ils ne font pas la gueule quand ils jouent... c’est l’œil pétillant et malicieux qu’ils interprètent leurs chansons dont l’originalité n’a d’égale que la profondeur philosophique du texte.
Faire danser la zumba en utilisant des airs de musique traditionnelle auvergnate, faire avancer la société avec de profondes réflexions philosophiques, faire tourner les têtes avec un jeu de lumières bricolé maison, faire rire et se sentir super bien dans ses pompes, c’est le pain quotidien d’Ultra Zook.
Voilà leur 4ème album, il est coproduit par les glorieux labels : Gnougn Records, Dur et Doux, Mon Cul c’est du Tofu, Araki Records, Un Archet dans le Yucca, Not a Pub, Kakakids Records.

Wow it's been a loooong time since I've been this excited about a prog album. PoiL and Ni are great bands in their own rights, but this project is so much more than the sum of its parts. I've not heard anything else quite like it, it's never boring. If I didn't know better I'd think these dudes are all actual wizards, especially with that band photo. 11/10 strongly recommended.
